This
is a quick picture demo on making a custom hairsculpt for your 3.75
inch action figure particular for long-haired characters.
This method uses Procreate putty by kraftmark.biz with a mixture ratio of 60% hardener (dark) and 40% resin(white) , this is to produce a result with a rubbery feel so that the hair strands wont break or crack , and would just go along with the heads movement.
1. After mixing the putty , roll strips as thin as it can get in a desired length. Group each strip into fours or fives.
2. Attach one end of each group of strands to the head beginning from the back bottom .
3. While attaching the strands , using your tools , you can bend or curl it in your desired style.
4. In about 30 minutes the putty starts to lose adhesion so better put a superglue on the area you are attaching it first.
5. When its dry usually in an hour you can paint it starting from the insides underneath, then the outer area.
6. Keep practicing and experimenting, i hope this helped.

I
haven't seen many Maria Hill heads out in the market so with a certain
black rooted hair female head, this was made. The rooted hair looked
awkward so i removed and sculpted a new one instead, that way the hair
style of cobie smulders in the movie can be followed as close as
possible. The nose tip of this head was too pointy so i trimmed it down,
repainted the face with more colors and shadings and here we go, I hope
I did well.

The supposed modern Storm figure by Hasbro was just a repainted version of the one from the gaint size x-men boxed set. Extremely disappointed by its manly disproportionate body , and inaccurate costume, I made major alterations to customize and improve her figure:
● reshaped the forehead and adjusted the neckline , sculpted a new fuller and wavier hair , improved the tiara and added bangle earrings
● fuller breasts for a better cleavage, smaller waistline, curvier hips, removed the waistline swivel since its redundant to the torso swivel.
● realigned and reshaped the legs, made it longer , and with high heeled boots.
● added swivel articulation to the elbows and bending articulation to the wrists, replaced hands with open palms
● replaced her outfit with the more popular version but with an x logo instead of a gem. Added removable bracelets where her split ends of her cloth cape are attached.
